Contributions to the Grass Roots Bonus Series consist of:
Stallion Payments made by the sire owner or Stud concerned... Payment 'A', which enters the sire into the Series each season, and then Payment 'B', which is only required if their sire serves over a certain amount of mares during any given season;
and up to five separate Progeny Payments made by the breeder or subsequent owner of the foal, at different ages (i.e. Foal, Yearling, 2-Year-Old, 3-Year-Old and 4-Year-Old Payments).
